The Giraglia is a small mulit-purpose vessel that is currently owned by Navigazione Arcipelago Maddalenino S.p.A and operated by the Italian ferry company Moby Lines. She was built in 1981 by Nuovi Cantieri Liguri in Italy for the company where she was placed on the route that links Portoferraio with Piombino. She is able to accommodate 600 passengers and can carry 100 vehicles. She has no sister ships. Her current port of registy is Cagliari, Italy.
