The Moby Freedom is a large cruiseferry that is currently owned and operated by the Italian ferry company Moby Lines. She was built in 2001 at the Daewoo Yards in South Korea for the company. She was placed on five different routes, linking Civitavecchia with Olbia, Genoa with Bastia, Olbia with Genoa, Livorno with Olbia and Piombino with Olbia. The Moby Freedom can accommodate 1,880 passengers, can carry 665 vehicles and provides nearly 2,000 lanemetres. She has one sister ship, the Moby Wonder. Her current port of registry is Napoli, Italy.
In 2012 the ship will be sold to "Eckerö Line" Company in Finland. The Moby Freedom will be slightly modified and starts to operate the route Helsinki - Tallinn (Estonia).
