defunct French ferry company SeaFrance. She was built in 1987 by Chantiers du Nord et de la Mediterranee SA, Dunkirk for SNCF (Societe Nationale des Chemin de Fer Francais) as the Nord-Pas-de-Calais. In 1989, ownership was changed to SNAT. From 1995 SNAT would trade as SeaFrance, and the Nord Pas-de-Calais would be renamed as the SeaFrance Nord Pas-de-Calais. She would begin her next route in 1996, sailing as a freight ferry between Dover and Calais. The vessel reverted to her original name and began service with MyFerryLink, following the collapse of SeaFrance. Her current port of registry is Calais, France
